1. Acceptance

By installing the favors.studio GitHub App or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Access

You grant favors.studio read-only repository permissions. Write access is strictly scoped and requested exclusively when opening isolated Pull Request branches for detected patches. We never request broad write access to your repositories.

3. Service Availability

We provide autonomous debugging tools on an as-is basis to enhance developer velocity and reduce MTTR. Service availability is not guaranteed 24/7 during the pre-seed stage.

4. Liability

favors.studio is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Generated patches are provided for review and require human approval before merging. You are responsible for reviewing all patches before merging.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
